The design for Joshua Quimby's sophomore album was done with the goal of continuing his existing branding, but still bringing homage to his muse for the album - his "Back Home" roots. To create this effect, I took inspiration from the blue from the Connecticut (his home state) flag and continuing his tradition of the song titles on the front of the album.

For the inner sleeve, Joshua wanted to have the lyrics listed, but also wanted to include photos that related to the story being told through this release. To achieve this, I added polaroid-esque photos with short descriptions on them, laid on top of the printed lyrics.

With storytelling as a main point of focus, the physical release aimed to make a tasteful nod to Joshua's heartfelt story of his hometown.
